Refund Policy
Overview
This policy covers refunds and cancellations for educational sessions and materials provided by Mind Node Base Ltd. Because our services are delivered live or as digital materials, refund eligibility depends on timing and session type.
Validator Basics Workshop and Group Learning Sessions
- More than 14 days before the session: Full refund of any deposit or payment, or free rescheduling to a new date.
- 7–14 days before: 50% refund, or full credit toward a rescheduled session within six months.
- Less than 7 days before: No refund, but rescheduling may be offered at our discretion subject to a £30 administration fee.
- No-show: No refund. The full session fee is retained.
Staking Concepts Clinic
- More than 48 hours before: Full refund or free rescheduling.
- Less than 48 hours before: No refund, but one rescheduling permitted within 30 days.
- No-show: No refund.
Reference Library Access
Digital materials are delivered within two business days of payment. Refunds are available within 7 days of delivery if you have not downloaded or accessed the materials. After access, the purchase is non-refundable.
Cancellation by Mind Node Base
If we cancel a session due to facilitator illness or unforeseen circumstances, you will receive a full refund or priority rescheduling at no additional cost.
Deposits
Workshop and group session deposits (30% of total fee) confirm your booking date. Deposits follow the same refund timeline as the full session fee. Deposits are applied toward the total session cost.
Work already started
If a session has begun and you leave early, no partial refund is available. For multi-part engagements agreed in writing, refunds for undelivered portions may be considered on a case-by-case basis.
Materials purchased on your behalf
We do not purchase materials or services on behalf of clients. This section does not apply to our current offerings.
Refund process
To request a refund or cancellation, email hello@mind-nodebase.click with your booking reference and reason. Refunds are processed within 14 business days to the original payment method (bank transfer).
Exceptions
We may make exceptions for documented emergencies. Contact us to discuss your situation. Nothing in this policy affects your statutory rights under UK consumer law.
